By accessing or using Gymbrief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Gymbrief. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Service Description

Gymbrief provides CSV-based fitness analysis and coaching support. The current upload flow accepts CSV files only and enforces operational limits (for example maximum file size and row count).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Upload malicious files or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent data or identity in ways that harm others or the platform.

5. Data and Content

You retain rights to data you upload. You grant Gymbrief a limited license to host, process, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the service. We may use de-identified or aggregated analytics for operations and quality improvements.

6. No Medical Advice

Gymbrief is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gymbrief is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gymbrief and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to use of the service.

This Privacy Policy explains how Gymbrief ("Gymbrief," "we," "us") collects, uses, and stores personal information when you use our web app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account information from Google sign-in (such as name, email, and auth identifiers).
• Uploaded CSV workout data and derived report outputs.
• Dashboard chat messages you submit in the app.
• Technical and service metadata needed for operation, reliability, and security.

Public Tryout Mode

When using Gymbrief without signing in, uploaded CSV files are processed transiently in memory to generate a report and are not stored after processing. Reports generated in this mode are not persisted.

3. How We Use Information

We use data to:

• Authenticate users and secure account access.
• Process uploaded CSV files, generate deterministic fitness reports, and persist your dashboard data.
• Provide AI-assisted report enrichment and dashboard chat features.
• Monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and quality of the service.

4. Storage and Retention

We store account/session records, dashboard report artifacts, job processing records, and chat history in our operational databases. Temporary CSV files used during ingestion are deleted after processing. We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

5. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure, database, authentication, and AI service providers strictly to operate Gymbrief. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your Choices and Rights

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
